>> Community Health Nursing I
This course is focused on concept and theory of the community health nursing in promoting health, preventing disease, and caring for the individuals, families, groups and communities. The comunity nursing process is applied to individuals, families, and groups within aggregate and community contests. Emphasis is placed on the community health nursing in relation to health care system and health policy.
>> Community Health Nursing II
This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding and applying concepts and principles of community health nursing to determine the health status and needs of the community health nursing as a specialth area, such as health center, school, occupational setting.
>> Community Health Nursing Practice
This practice course explores the roles of the community health nurse in promoting health, preventing disease, and caring for the sick at home. The nursing process is applied to individuals, families, and groups within aggregate and community contexts. Students assess and diagnosis family, and community health problem, identify populations at risk, and examine appropriate nursing interventions. During clinical practice, they apply the nursing process in delivering community health nursing services.

This course emphasis on theoretical concepts developing of community - based nursing through the based on the theory and nursing process of Community health nursing and health promotion.
>> Seminar in Home Health Care (3 Credits)
- Provides an introduction to home health care nursing administration. An organizational framework is used to analyze the delivery of home care services including history, trends, organizational structure, management, role of home health nurse, quality of care, reimbursement and relationship to other heath care delivery systems.
